Abhyanga Massage

An ancient type of body massage, Abhyanga is considered to be a discipline of Ayurvedic Medicine, and is used as a preparation processes for Panchakarma Treatments (deep detoxification process).

 

Medicated oil is applied throughout the body, by using smooth movement and accurate manipulations.

 

It is a therapeutic and relaxing massage, with several benefits, being skin nutrition, improved blood and lymph circulation, removing toxins and energy balance among some of them.





AyurYoga Massage

As an element of Ayurvedic Medicine, this massage is seen as a daily practice that prevents energy blockages.


Combining deep massage technique with Yoga postures, this technic uses vigorous movements across the muscle, pulling and stretching maneuvers  aimed at balancing physical, mental, and spiritual energy.

 

Carried out on a mattress on the floor, through the use of oils and medicated powders, according to the Bio-type ( dosha ) of each individual, this therapy unlocks muscle tension, promotes increased joint mobility, reduce stress and induce to deep relaxation.

ShiroAbhyanga

 

Also known as Indian Head Massage or Champissage, this therapy is commonly used in India and in the Western World.

 

The slow and deep movements relax the muscles of the scalp, shoulders and neck, while fast, but accurate movements stimulate blood circulation and increase the concentration levels and improve memory.

 

It moisturizes the senses, relieves symptoms associated with nasal congestion and unblocks the energy channels.

Thai Massage​​



Based on a combination of influences from India, China and indigenous Thai traditions, incorporates a combination of acupressure and yoga-like stretching.



Thai Massage is different  from many other massages, because there is no oil used, the therapist uses a mattress on the floor, and the client remains completely clothed throughout  the session.



As it is a very complete treatment, it’s a great choice for both sedentary people or  people who practice sports.

Reflexology



Ancient technique of digitopuncture that consider feet as the mirror of the body, where reflex points of the various organs of our body are located.



Massaging these points unlocks all the energy line connected to the corresponding reflex organ and helps to treat or ease pathologies that can not be treated directly.
